So here my iron ore train consisting of one BR 43 and one BR 44 with 30 coaches.

Aloha,
another weekend is over. 
But I managed to do a bit on my layout. 
First of as I need to install more signal decoders I need another keyboard, those I have, but I needed to
make space for them.
Piece of plywood, some screws and viola.

Back on page 52 I posted this photo with the question what am I getting up to now.
Well here is the answer.

I stuck the strips down with lots of prestics, filled the grove with
small stones and poured some diluted wood glue over it.
The strips.
The end result with grass planted as well already.
What do you think?

Also planted some more grass around the lake.
Next up is the camping site. That should be fun to detail.

I have an easier trick for a stonewall. Saw it in a mag 20 odd years ago.

Cut strips of foam or as they used in the article, pan scourers, dip it in wood glue, and then roll it in course ballast. Its even simpler to do than to type it up...

Small midweek update.
A bit of plaster and some styrofoam.
Now I need to buy another 5 kg's of plaster to continue.
Some preparations for the camping site are also underway.
