Aloha,
no real update, all I've done is clamp some boards onto the frame to place the saw mill.
Also some tracks just to see how I can get the loading and off loading of the wood to work.
Lots of different ideas at the moment.

Hi Jörg, while my pizza is being baked, I vote for the sawmill.  :thumb:

Coming on very nicely.

Ciao

Hi,
spent most of Sunday looking for something and can't find it.  ::)
I have placed a switch into the track at the saw mill.
Then I have found some of the narrow gauge rains that I have, just can't find the track.
Fits on N scale track, but of course the tie spacing is way out.
Playing with the idea of having a loading crane that can transfer the logs from the standard gauge
trains to the narrow gauge work train to bring the wood to the saw.

Yea, that SawMill will actually work there. It is much lower than the Castle, so it looks good I think.
Cool, I like the narrow gauge there. awesome.

Sorry no work done here this weekend.  8)
But my BR 151 is now in service.
Had a bit of fun tonight running a few trains for a change.  :thumb:
Three photos while the train is moving.

Two photos standing still.
Note the cap light is on now.
I have also added a extra resistor to dim it down a bit. Looks much better now.
P.S. Another Loco is nearly finished as well this weekend complete with sound.
Will start a thread soon for that one.

Aloha,
so last night I wanted to finish programing my BR 05 steam loco and put her into
service, but for some reason although I have the smoke unit on function 1 it stays on
permanently.  ???
I have checked with my multimeter for any continuity or shorts to other wires, but can't
find anything.
Oh well so then I just decided to run a few trains and enjoy.
Busy corner, three trains running simultaneously last night.  :thumb:

Aloha,
Sunday update.
I had decided to move one of the signals. So this weekend I lifted the rails in the new location so that
I could do the power interruptions and solder on the different feed wires.
Lots of wires hanging down. :)

All done and cleaned up.
Signal is currently just connected to track power.
Busy making more signal modules.
