Steep ramp up the bridge  :peep: :stir:

Also noticed that.
First two photos I thought that's not a Z scale bridge, but a mountain.

I worked it out and it is only about 15 degrees... For cars that is not to bad.
I'm going to finish it and then lets see how it look. Only other option is a crossing, not sure if I want to do that.

But lets see......  O:-)

Good Morning All.....

So I spent most of the week making the walls for the bridge......
I could also lower the bridge slightly as the trains have more than enough space and the Catenary poles still clears it.

Then I painted it light grey with a black wash to highlight all the stones, I still have to paint all the details.
Bridge was put into position and glued down. I also added two more rocks at the back to tie everything together.

Now it is time for all the scenery materials as well as the details.....

Nice work, looks nearly perfect. But please, replace the bridge with a filigran one. She is to much dominant in the scene...

OK, so I was looking for a LocoShed for my Layout.....
The Marklin shed is so scares and if you find it is cost a fortune, so Alan Golding mentioned a Kleiwe single door shed.
Found it between Ed's stuff that is for sale. It is a N scale shed, but the size of the roof tiles basically match the size of the tiles on the one house I have, so I decided to lower it into the layout slightly and I think it works perfectly...... I really think it works well.

Then I was also playing around with the trees Chris Lourens make, think it can really work by the Station and the houses..... Very cool, I like it.

Here is some pictures

For the record, the shed was not for sale... :bluduh:

Alan Golding knows better than me what's going on in my boxes - even for my personal collection... :eek2:

But I let it slide...

Good Morning All......

Sad day, but I have too..... Can't keep everything  O:-)

I took my own Station as well as the houses off the layout and is using them on my BIG Z Layout.
As for the rest it will go with the layout.

Layout is packed and pretty much ready for the Courier to fetch.

Last ever pictures.
This was a fun project and I really learnt a lot with all the scratch building.
Had lots of great times running trains with this little one.

Cheers, Evert

Right, Courier picked it up on Monday and it was delivered safely yesterday.
Layout was unpacked and everything is in one piece and nothing was damaged. Thank you to The Courier Guy  :thumb:

Cheers, Evert
