Hi dear train Friends, I trust you are all well.

Just a small update with regards to catenary.

Point number one is that this stuff is expensive to cover a complete layout. 

So we decided just to install the catenary on one side looking like there is more to come. This fits beautiful in the Era III period.

The section where it ends is showing the concrete block that was casted with the bolts ready in place and a little bit rusted. This is for 1:87. 

The wood was filed by hand it it took a long time. Fortunately I only made 6.

Jip, even in N Scale it is very expensive  That is why I only did the one oval on my layout. I have some left, so might still do one of the sidings.
Any case, looking forward the see the end result as I'm planning to fit my HO Shunting Layout with catenary

Good day dear train friends,

An update for the winery. It needs a wall to keep the vines in good condition especially the steam trains bellowing smoke when passing and to prevent the winery from sliding onto the train tracks.

Below the pictures in stages. A lot of work on the circular saw especially to cut the little hats on the posts.

I had to spruce up the wall by adding the Heki Styropor walls.

I think I am happy with the result.
