I see the requisite for a get together visit is that the train(s) must run. I will be surely working on it.

It has since then grown in size and stature with all the gizmo's I certainly have dreams about.

Hi guys,

Small update on the never ending hobby of ours.  We got an electrostatic grass maker and planted grass followed with trees.

The grass part was easy. Lots of cold glue and 9V batteries to drive the electrostatic device. 

Then we planted trees. Lots of trees. The sequence for each tree always the same. Drill hole, vacuum hole, hot glue, plant tree and then orientate in all directions the same. 

We managed to plant in excess of 600 trees in the evenings. It was awesome fun. We are not finished yet with trees, but you will get the idea.

Good day to everybody,

It's been a while, but the layout is growing.

Colleen was very busy and did the lake and I must stress Colleen did it all.

The colours came out super almost to a point I don't want to pour the resin.

The willows are still absent as we still need to do a lot with small shrubs and the catenary. In the process I am sure the Willows are not going to make it.

The catenary arrived, but that's another day.

Our guard dog is taking a nap. It's an oldie, but now there's two. Those who don't know his name is Custard and the addition is Jelly.

The Journey has been amazing as the next picture will show.

The second picture is a panoramic and I trust the picture will say more than a thousand words. Evert, I believe that's what you want to see..

Our friend in Wupperthal send a small parcel and the forester can now make firewood, the normal way...

I really like this scene (second picture), but is something missing? your comments are welcome.

The restaurant is finished and in it's place. Just a small bush to "hide" the cave under the guests.

The Alphorn musicians are in place and waiting for the first song.  That will come in a later update.

We are not done yet. Want to make a tree falling tree into the river after a beaver got hold of the tree trunk.

Regarding something missing in the scene, I meant this picture....   

The Forester needs more wood around him I think. Where are my trimming shears?
