I carried on with the build of the Sanding Facility and I think it is pretty much complete  :biggrin:
I like the way it came out.

Good Morning All,

Yea, it's been a while. I have been busy with trains  :thumb: , just not building on my own layout, but it is all good.
I was playing around a bit and I decided to change the factory into a Beer Factory. There a a bit of a open space next to the factory and I do not know what to do there, so I did some reading and apparently Beer can be made from Grapes, like a vineyard, so I planted a vineyard  :biggrin:

This is where I got to......
I'm busy with the fence from the Yard and will also add a smaller wooden pole fence in the back.

I like it, might not be prototypical, but who cares, I like it  :thumb: :biggrin:

I bought the vines from Chris Lourens..... I just added the darker green to give it some variety. Looks good.....

Good Morning All.....

Yea, it's been a very long time.....
Been fixing other peoples trains and building my test track. Also did some work on re-programming all my DCC Locomotives.

So last night I decided to just put everything aside and spend some time on my own layout.
At least it do not become a packing ground and I keep the LooVille Town in a running state.

I started to do the scenery in the Yard.
Fine ballast in between the track and I'll add some grass and small bushes here and there.
Then I'll ballast the track with medium ballast.

Here is some pictures of the start of last night.

Good Morning All,

I really had a great weekend and really enjoyed working on my layout for a change.
I have pretty much finished the yard. Long process, wow, took almost a week to get this done, but it was great fun.

Fine Ballast in between the track for the yard personnel.
Woodland Scenics Ground Cover as well as bushes.
Then Medium Ballast for the track.

Here is some pictures of the progress.
I loaded the yard with some rolling stock, think it looks great.
