But fortunately the road maintenance crew works hard and the hole has been covered
and is safe again.  :)
Its the Faller turnoff module, there is a small break in the magnetic guide wire, but with the
bus or truck driving normally this doesn't affect it, it just goes straight on.
If this is activated then a magnet is pushed up in the turnoff position and this then causes
the bus to turn off.

Aloha,
small update. Yes it's been a while.
Bus stop is working now, I have also sanded and smoothed the road surface
and the first coat of paint is also on.

Now I'm busy repairing the hotel that will be fitted here.
This is an old Faller model that I got when I was still at school from my granny.
Unfortunately a few parts are broken and missing.
So I'm making a new railing for the veranda.
Cut a piece of ply to 6 mm so that I can place the cross piece on this and apply a drop
of glue at either end.
Works great.  :thumb:
Lower cross piece is held up by a ice cream lolly stick. these can be quite useful in model building
so always eats lots of ice cream  :biggrin:

Hi everybody,
railing for the hotel is done and first coat of paint on as well.
Also one window sill and one wall top that where missing have also been made and fitted.
Coming together nicely now.
