Sorry no update for a while, was busy figuring out how to best identify the wiring.
Considered a few options and finally settled on Booster number, track, signal and so forth.
First one done.
B = booster
4 = booster number
T = track
S = signal, seeing that I am using a signal system that changes the current on the track to DC when signal is red
I have to have 3 sections for every signal.
Safe is the change over section that has to be longer than a pick up shoe, because if DC goes into the track it will smoke the booster.

Brake section is self explaining.
Stop section is to make sure that the train does stop in case it was to fast.
