Good day all,
I know this should really get a separate thread, but I already did the story with the cardboard mock up
in this thread.
So I've got all sorts of material and started on my station building proper.
First photo I've mark out the main outer walls on fresh 1.5 mm styrene sheet.
Second photo cut out.

Rear wall also done.
I've like the original Faller done one wall differently as well as a section with quarry stone.

so last night I started with the lights.
Yes so early so that the lights are intricated into the model.
As well as the wiring.

Good evening all,
So over the weekend I sprayed the station with plastic primer.
Then on Monday I sprayed the grey color for the lower section and let everything
dry for two days.
Today I painted the upper color.
Now busy with the window frames and then I must make some doors.
As well as some interior.

Very, Very nice Jörg.
Looks great and that clock looks super cool.
Personally, I would try to paint the lights grown to give it that nice warm colour.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Yes the Led's will still be painted with
clear orange.
A few more pictures.
Want to get a feel for the restaurant tables and seats.
First idea was to place them all in a line.
Photo one.
Then I got the idea to have the inner two at 90° to the others.

What do you think?
