OK...... So this is what I did with the wiring.
I used my Dremel and cut 20mm deep grooves into the foam.
Wiring was neatly put in place and glues in place with Paintersmate Silicone  :biggrin:

The layout was packed up and send off to the customer  :thumb:
So this is the last post for this build, was fun, and I learnt a lot again.
