End of Stemtrains in Western Cape?

After the suddenly end of the Reefsteamers in Germiston - there was running steam trains nearly 20 years long - the Western Cape operator CRC (Ceres Rail Company) stops successfull steam train operations from Cape Town to Elgin at the end of the month February 2020! The reason are the drastically train path prices, which are not economical. Derick Du Toit, CEO of the CRC hopes that these measures will be temporary and that operations can resume soon...
