Hi,
I have glued a small section of the grey ballast.
I definitely like this grey ballast more than the brown one.

Had a bit of time today and made a big mess.
Lots of plaster of paris.
Still more to be done, but making a bit of progress.

Moulded a nice little rock formation onto this section.
Now it must dry and then I can have some fun with paints.

Very Nice
I definitely also prefer the Grey Balast
Going to be nice once the pant and grass is on.
Cheers,
Evert

Aloha,
after lots of work with a panel beaters body file
and lots of
plaster dust I have this section more or less in the shape that
I had in mind.

Tonight I used the paint brush and sort of out lined
my idea for road and green areas.
The front parking lot for the camp site I might just
do in gravel.

Paint is still wet in some places hence the shine.
The rock outcrop after some paint was throw at it.

Should all be visible again now.

Aloha,
did a bit of ballasting the last few days.
I don't have the patience for this, but it needs to be done.

So tonight I decided to spend a bit of time on the roads.
I had bought some photo etched manhole covers and drain some time back.
Very finely detailed.
