Thanks for the positive comments.
Found a box with my scenery material from my previous layout.
Slight difference in price.  ::)

Those where the days when a Rand would get you 2 US dollars.

Added a bit more green, a bench for people to enjoy the view.
Trees have not been secured yet, still playing around with placements.

Refitted the centre piece with the lake for now, placed the 2 houses and connected them
up so the lights are on. Something for the kids to see.  :)

Late night update.  :)
Slowly adding more green, different shades as well.
I don't want to make everything to green so I am doing it slowly and getting the feel for it.

I noticed that I have a little hole here, first thought to plant some bushes in there, but then decided a better idea was to fill it with water.
It rained recently so there is a bit of a puddle.
Woodland Scenics realistic water has been poured in, after this photo was taken, so let's see how it looks once it has set.

I also cast my first tunnel portal today and have just removed it from the mould.
Came out quite well.

Nice one Jörg, it is really starting to look good. Awesome idea for the puddle, put a animal there that is busy drinking  ;)

Wel done on the tunnel portal cast. Looks stunning. Really came out well and saved you quite a bit  :thumb:

Will have to come visit again soon.
Cheers,
Evert
