http://www.modeltraintalk.co.za/index.php?topic=381.0 What I've done so far:
- added a piano hinge to make it fold up to allow access underneath
- added a bracket to assist the opening and to strut it
- removed all track and started to remove the badly done cork roadbed (got bored and broke a lamp pole...quit right then)
- sorted all the track out - correctly - according to the layout plan
It consists of buildings, scenery items, figurines, complete track layout, 10 electrified points, etc. No rolling stock included. It's not very big but still best for 2 people to handle. I think the size is something like 130cm x 70cm or thereabouts.
