Thank you for your interest. Weathering or ageing will come later. At the moment we are trying to complete the 3.6m mountain and therefore just placed the buildings. But, it will come.

Still very busy building, slowly. The frame and mosquito net done with one layer of paper towel and glue and water mix. Otherwise you have the cretestone on the tracks.  :blech:

Not even load shedding stopped us.  :biggrin:

Dear friends,

A space saving tip, should you not have a display cabinet.
Empty a bedroom cupboard hanging space and put in shelves on pull out slides.
Cut the display pine strips in a triangle and place them one behind the other and secure with screws from underneath!  ;D
Place models on the pine strips.

No more dust and poking fingers.  :thumb:

Hi there,
With the last get together at our place I unfortunately have to report that we had such a great time that no photos were taken of the guys and lady present. Hmmmm, that won't happen again.
But to show that we are busy a few pics of my model building light stand that I built. You may have noticed it was made for two modellers.  :biggrin:

And it works!
