I used to use Humbrol British Crimson and Quaker Grey for the colour scheme of locomotives and passenger stock of the old South African Railways. Tamiya 66 Light Grey works for the windows band, but it’s difficult to get Humbrol British Crimson in South Africa now. Even MRS in Cape Town doesn't have it. Scalecoat make a Gulf Red, but I can't find their paints in South Africa. Does Tamiya make colours that can be mixed to form Gulf Red and what the mixing ratios would be?
