So the only station track that still needs to be done is the dead end
track for the push/pull commuter train.
Still not quite sure how long to make this.
Will think it over before I lay any track.

Hi everybody,

I trust that we all made it into the new year okay.
I spent the evening alone running trains from 2020 till well into 2021 with a bottle
of bubbly.  ;D
The bottle must have had a hole in it, as it emptied in one evening.  >:D
Anyway in the meantime I have fitted the uncoupler tracks that I had forgotten.
I also fitted the servos and decoders for these on the one side and connected them up and programmed them.
Unfortunately one of the decoders is dead.
So that will have to wait till the next order from Germany.
I have now also found the signal tower that I want to use on this layout.
I have the kits for years in my cupboard and it took me a while to find these.
Two of the same kits as I want to build one out of the two making it a bit longer to span more tracks.
That is why I have the two upper bases lying on the tracks where I want to fit this.

Found another kit as well, goods shed.
Will see if this works here or not.
May get a bit cramped.

Hi everybody,

so this evening I took a big step and removed something.
Even some tracks. >:D
Don't worry, its only the temporary loop that been there so long it was in danger of staying there.
Gone it is. :thumb:

Naturally I did not stop there and have started to get all my gradients lined up.
Red arrow on second photo shows where the gradient down starts on the rear line.
Hopefully I will have the trains doing a full loop in a few days.  :thumb:
Lower staging yard that has been dormant for a few years has been cleaned and the trains are
running there as well.  :thumb:

Good evening,
a bit more was done today.
Had to re drill a few holes in the wall as the brackets where to high.
Starting to get the gradient right.
Also joint the two plywood track boards, one coming from the top and the other one from the station.
Then I layed the outer track loosely, this is the fixed track 902 mm radius.
It lines up pretty well.  :thumb: :thumb:
Then I glued down the inner cork roadbed.

Just for fun, I was standing on a small wine barrel and turned around to this view.
Had to press the shutter again.
I'll have to tidy up a bit.
