As much as I love trains and after collecting tons of model trains over the last 30 years, it is taking up too much of my time, and I am struggling to keep up with the workload of everyday basics, such as cleaning, and maintaining the house, so something has to give.

I will be getting rid of my equipment & collection.  Below is a list of what's available. Serious enquiries only.

I can add a few items to your list...... Miele vacuum cleaner. Hardly used. Apparently I don't need it anymore.

All the sawdust from the garage is in the house already.
