These bridges i designed and lasercut .The bridges are between Albertinia and Mosselbay this took me a while after visiting the site and taking many photos.
They form a part of my Riversdale station layout.
-
Very nice, if I may ask what material did you use.
-
I used 3mm wood and stencil plastic for the handrails.
-
Great stuff Chris.
Who did the laser cutting for you?
-
Hi
I have a local shop which does it,i do the design on the computer and send them the file
-
Where would "local" be Chris?
-
Hi
Sorry i live in Stilbaai
-
Wow, in Stilbaai nogal
I mean, the lazer cutting. Probably cheaper than here in the city too... :P
-
Yes slightly cheaper
-
Are you happy with the quality?
The reason I ask is a friend had some laser cutting done and had rework every part. Not everything was even usable.
-
The cutting was done excellently.
-
Thank you Chris, will keep this in mind. :thumb:
