I have seen this Layout on Ken Pattersons Whats Neat show before, then a friend of mine Jason Jensen visited and took some awesome pictures.

The detail is just awesome.....

that must be one of the most stunning layouts in the world.
I have seen a few you tube videos about this layout.

Ive built a few of his kits too. Definitely set the bar for kit manufacturers of today.
