Title: New Electrical connections for LooVille
Post by: LooVille on April 03, 2018, 07:30:57 AM
Good Morning All,

OK, so we went away for the long weekend and I took some stuff with to keep me busy for when the wife and kid is sleeping
Serviced a few trains but I also managed to make all the new electronic connections to my layout.

I currently use the normal Molex connections, they work 100% but if you buy them from Brights or Yebo Electronics they charge you a fortune.
And to drive all the way to Mantech or Communica just for that, Mmmmmmmm.....

So I decided to buy better nicer ones from Wish.com
Bought 50 pairs for $6, what a bargain !!!!!

Picture 1 is my current connections, rest is the new ones.
Made some 1m fly leads, connectors for the transformers and some splitters, awesome  :thumb:

Cheers,
Evert

Those look like automotive connectors.

I thought the Molex connectors are also auto connectors - I saw them the first time under the hood of my cars. ???
