Title: Willie Engelbreght's SAR layout

We went to visit Willie on Saturday past and what a lovely time spent there. I didn't feel like crawling, so I only took pictures from the side. Maybe Evert can add a few from the inside.

Willie started off with a model of his model.

The basin is currently not operational but the light switches do work!

Sorry that I could not join on Saturday.
Willie's layout is a true masterpiece.
I have great memories of the 2 of us discussing his design and then spending many nice days or evenings there laying track. :thumb:
Now we just need to get Willie to join our forum here.  :stir:

Good Morning All,

Yea, what a awesome layout  :thumb:
Track is perfect and even though it is a South African Karoo scene the scenery is awesome and still so much work. I really think it is VERY well done.
