I kid you not, look at the pictures! Having said that I seriously planned this but I have two layouts to complete - one modular and the extension of my garage layout. Not sure if I have enough life left to complete all of these...

So, although I really wanted to build this, I am putting it up for sale. These items are BRAND new straight form Marklin's factory shop. I also have an XtraCAD file available for someone that might want to print it 1:1.

Price of these items new before postage would be around R6000!

Owner will sell it for half-price - R3000

I will also throw in a model of a castle for the top of the hill (needs a little work and paint)

A little more detail if not visible above:

- The layout size will be 1.1m across (0.55 radii)
- Only the tracks with electrified points available
- Castle model included
- Will be ideal for smaller 0-6-0 locomotives and 4 wheeler wagons

So, even if you model Marklin, you can still build this as a nice, small little "take to show" layout
